Possible Reasons for Return
Due to the nature of custom screen printing and embroidery, TallyTees will only replace defective items or refund payment for pieces that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:
- The blank product is materially flawed (with holes, or tears at least 1cm in size),
- the embellishment quality (screen printing, embroidery) is not of a commercially acceptable level,
or the design on the items you received is markedly different than the representation you ordered and approved.
Notice About Ink and Garment Colors
Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented digitally may not match the actual ink or thread colors embellished on your items. TallyTees is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors, and such variations are not acceptable reasons for refund or return. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request.
Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. We happily provide sizing information upon request, and often provide samples for your review. TallyTees is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes, and sizing issues are not an acceptable reason for refunds or returns.
How to Request a Refund or Return
Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 72 hours of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements. Please call or email us to process your return.
